Conference Saturday includes workshops, Saturday Dinner, A Subject Area Breakfast, attendance at the Annual Meeting (STANYS awards and keynote speaker), various social gatherings and concurrent activities. Add on options include: Friday Night Dinner/Event, PRI Institute with Breakfast on Monday.
NOTE to Members: Click on "Register". The member registration option will become available once you enter your STANYS Membership email. This is the email that STANYS uses to communicate with you. Be sure you will have an active membership (one that has not lapsed before Nov. 10th) for the Conference.
Online registration closes November 2nd. Registration will be available at the Conference site.

Personal Checks and POs should be received by Wednesday Oct. 30th at the latest. If we do not have your payment/P.O. on record prior to the Conference you will be required to provide this in-person at the on-site registration.

By entering an event or program (whether in-person or online) of the Science Teachers Association of New York State (STANYS), you are entering an area where photography, audio and video live-streaming and/or recording may occur.
Your entry and presence on the event premises constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed (including live-streamed), and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media of your appearance, voice, and name for any purpose whatsoever in perpetuity in connection with STANYS and its initiatives, including, by way of example only, use on websites, in social media, news and advertising.
By entering the event premises, you waive and release any claims you may have related to the use of such media of you at the event, including, without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video or audio recording of you, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or for any fees for use of such record media.
You understand that all photography, filming (including live-streaming) and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent. If you do not agree to the foregoing, please do not enter the event premises.
