This Event Registration option is only for a member's spouse/life Partner and children for the Full Conference option. The spouse or life partner should NOT be a teacher who is currently teaching science.
Member will need to log in, providing the email address that STANYS has on file, in order to access registration - the email address that receives STANYS correspondence.
The choice is only for Full Conference registration and includes:
- Dinner Saturday and Sunday
- One Subject Area Breakfast
- Attendance to Institutes/Workshops, regular Conference events/activities (speakers, receptions, exhibitors ...).
- Access to the add on options ($), some of which are adult only (ex. Friday Night Event).
FEES:

Child under 12yrs: $220 (early bird)/ $255

By entering an event or program (whether in-person or online) of the Science Teachers Association of New York State (STANYS), you are entering an area where photography, audio and video live-streaming and/or recording may occur.
Your entry and presence on the event premises constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed (including live-streamed), and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media of your appearance, voice, and name for any purpose whatsoever in perpetuity in connection with STANYS and its initiatives, including, by way of example only, use on websites, in social media, news and advertising.
By entering the event premises, you waive and release any claims you may have related to the use of such media of you at the event, including, without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video or audio recording of you, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or for any fees for use of such record media.
You understand that all photography, filming (including live-streaming) and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent. If you do not agree to the foregoing, please do not enter the event premises.
