Annual Conference - Saturday Only (2021)

Sharing the Stories of Science is the theme for this year's conference.

The Saturday Only Conference option includes Saturday workshops (A,B,C), Breakfast, Lunch and Saturday Dinner.  Also, attendance at the Annual Meeting (STANYS awards and keynote speaker), various social gatherings and concurrent activities. Add on options include: Friday Night Dinner & Trivia Contest and the Fellows Dinner on Saturday.

Click on "Register". Your registration option will become available once you enter your STANYS Membership email.  This is the email that STANYS uses to communicate with you.  For New Members it is the email you provided on the membership form.

Online registration closes Nov. 3rd.

STANYS Conference COVID-19 Policy

In an effort to keep all of our members and guests safe, STANYS will require ALL Annual Conference participants to either show proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 vaccination (CDC COVID-19 Vaccine Record Card or NYS Excelsior Pass) OR proof of a negative COVID-19 test.

•  Individuals are considered fully vaccinated against COVID-19 when more than two weeks have passed since they received the second dose in a two-dose series (Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna), or more than two weeks have passed since they received a single-dose vaccine (Johnson & Johnson/Janssen). 
•  Approved COVID-19 tests include a nucleic acid amplification test (e.g., PCR test) or a viral antigen test that is approved by the local health authority. Test results must be within 72 hours of your arrival at the Annual Conference.
•  For the safety of all attendees and given the current uptick in Delta variant cases the STANYS organization asks that individuals wear masks.
• In addition, we will be following all local, NYSDOH, and CDC COVID-19 guidelines as they continue to evolve.
