Registration Information: NEW Members or Non-Members (Link to Register)
An individual must be a Member to attend the Annual Conference - this is included in the Non-Member Conference Fee.
*New Members:
An individual that has never been a STANYS member or membership has expired past the grace period.
Has my membership expired past the grace period? When you apply for membership and you find your email is still in the system, you'll know your membership has not expired past the grace period. You can do a password recovery, log in to the website and renew your membership.
Conference Registration
- Membership: Non-Members should go to the STANYS Conference Registration Non-Members page. Here you will start the registration process by providing the information necessary for membership as a Conference - STANYS Member. The information required for Membership is also the information needed for Conference Registration. (Note: Membership will appear as "free". This is because it is included in the Conference Fee for non/new members) Conference STANYS Member = New Member.
You will receive a "Membership Activation" email and a "Login Information" email which will contain Member Login information for the website.
- Conference Registration: Once you have joined STANYS as a Conference-STANYS member, go to the main menu "Registration Main Page" drop down list to select "Conference Registration - Members". There will be the options of: Full Conference, Saturday Only, Sunday Only, Monday Only. By using the email that you provided for STANYS membership to register for the Conference event you will be able to access the appropriate registration option. Once you make your selections and you submit your Conference Registration you will be asked to select a payment option.
Conference Payment
Instructions Related to Payment -
Credit Card Payment: If you intend to pay using a credit card (Pay Online), select "Pay Online" for your Conference payment .
P.O. Payment: Even though a Purchase Order is being used for Conference attendance select "Invoice Me" for payment You will receive an informational Invoice Email for the payment amount and your website "Profile" will indicate you owe payment (and encourage you to make payment). Don't be alarmed - STANYS will process the Purchase Order and invoice your District/Organization. When we receive payment your account will be updated.
Check Payment: If you are paying by Check, select "Invoice Me" for payment. You will receive an Invoice Email for the payment amount. Your registration to the Conference will be "Pending" our receiving payment. Please avoid conference sign-in issues by promptly making payment.
