2021 STANYS Conference (na) - Not-for-Profit Exhibitor Registration

This "Registration" form allows you, as a Not-for-Profit Conference Exhibitor, to file an application and make payment by credit card.

Note: This form is only for Not-for-Profit (503c3) Companies.  Not-for-Profits will need to provide verification of "not for profit" status to Angela Lukaszewski (angluke@aol.com) before filing an application.  Upon verification a Pass Code will be emailed to you for login purposes.

When you select "Next" you will view the "Review and Confirm" page.  On this page you can:

• CANCEL the transaction
• go BACK to make edits/changes
• PAY ONLINE to complete the transaction.

STANYS Conference COVID-19 Policy

In an effort to keep all of our members and guests safe, STANYS will require ALL Annual Conference participants to either show proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 vaccination (CDC COVID-19 Vaccine Record Card or NYS Excelsior Pass) OR proof of a negative COVID-19 test.

•  Individuals are considered fully vaccinated against COVID-19 when more than two weeks have passed since they received the second dose in a two-dose series (Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna), or more than two weeks have passed since they received a single-dose vaccine (Johnson & Johnson/Janssen). 
•  Approved COVID-19 tests include a nucleic acid amplification test (e.g., PCR test) or a viral antigen test that is approved by the local health authority. Test results must be within 72 hours of your arrival at the Annual Conference.
•  For the safety of all attendees and given the current uptick in Delta variant cases the STANYS organization asks that individuals wear masks.
• In addition, we will be following all local, NYSDOH, and CDC COVID-19 guidelines as they continue to evolve.
