Base fee:
  • Registration choice for Conference Assistants - must be current STANYS members. You must use your STANYS membership email address on record (login address) as your email.
  • Registration for Conference Committee members - must be current STANYS members. You must use your STANYS membership email address on record (login address) as your email.
  • This registration is for special conference guests for whom registration is Complimentary. This can be an invited guest or an individual who has been granted free Conference registration due to winning a STANYS sponsored award or contest.

    An Access Code is required to register.

Conference Assistants, Conference Committee Members, Awardees, Speakers  and Special Guest Registration

Special Guests are individuals who are invited guests, award winners, Conference Assistants or Conference Committee members who have Complimentary Full Conference access to the Conference event.  

This complimentary Full Conference option includes:
Friday Night Event with Dinner
Dinner (Saturday - Sunday)
Subject Area Breakfast (Sunday + Monday)
Subject Area Luncheon (Saturday + Sunday),

As well as, workshops on Saturday - Monday, attendance at the Annual Meeting (STANYS awards and keynote speaker), Fellows speaker, various social gatherings and concurrent activities.

A SPECIAL CODE is required to register as a Special Guest.  This code is provide by the Chairperson of each of the above special guest categories.
