Conference Registration Information

Due to a computer difficulty at the time of printing, our STANYS 114th Annual Conference Brochure has errors related to the workshop audience and subject designations. The title, description, time, and place of each session is accurate. A corrected version is on this website.

Online Registration

Online registration is available for your convenience until 6 p.m. Friday, October 30. To register online be prepared to:

• Give your STANYS identification number (check your membership card or conference brochure mailing label).
• Indicate your current membership status.
• List the sessions you wish to attend. Give three choices for each session.
• Give your VISA or MasterCard information (only these cards are accepted).

Online registration is now closed. You may still register in person at the convention center.

Walk-in Registration

Walk-in registration begins at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday in the Radisson Hotel. On Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, registration is at the Convention Center.

Saturday Field trip Registration

If you wish to participate in the Saturday field trip, Exploring the Lower Genesee, you must register offline, on a separate form by October 14th. Conference registration is required to participate in this activity and your trip registration will be processed only after this has been received.
